Good evening, everybody. How are you all doing? Hope you're starting off the week right.

If not, still some time to make some adjustments. What do you got ahead of you? Put it on the

calendar. Make sure you're carving out some time for self-care. Tons of joy and pleasure and as much rest as

possible. We can always build that into our day and we want to make sure we are. Sometimes we got to kind of make them,

what do you call them, like benchmarks throughout the day where, you know, every day during my

lunch break, you do this, or when you get home, you make sure to carve out this or maybe you leave

work at a certain time, whatever it might be, find ways to kind of build it in. It's been an interesting

week. Looking back at last week, I wanted to talk about two things that happened. Uh,

these kind of happened at the end of the week or over the weekend. Uh, Red Table Talk.

I have not seen the show. That is what's hosted by Jada Pinkett Smith, Will Smith's wife. Um,

for those that aren't familiar with who she is. And, uh, her and her daughter Willow had a guest on

Nisi Nash. And what I think has been so great about Nisi Nash's journey through life is this is someone

who identified and saw themselves as heterosexual, met someone with someone of the same

gender, got married, married a woman.

And she was like, look, might change my career.

Some family members aren't so down with it, but this is who I am.

And this is something that emerged later in life. And again, that's why I love the idea that

sexuality is an open, fluid journey if we're willing to just be honest with what is and who we are.

And that's why we see more people coming out later in life. But I think what was really powerful.

And again, have not seen the episode. I tend to use, you know, anything, uh, celebrity related as just a

starting point to discuss a topic. Willow and Jada herself, themselves, uh, came out as saying, yeah,

we also have had attraction to women. I love that. Let's keep talking more about it. That is how
