Good evening, everybody. How are you doing? Kind of great show plan for you. We're going to talk about how to get the most out of therapy, how to find a good therapist. In the past, we've talked about how to get yourself in a therapy, how to get others in a therapy. But I had a couple people reach out asking me about finding a good therapist. So I want to kind of talk about what that means, what that looks like. And then we're going to spend the rest of the show talking about sexual assault, April of sexual assault awareness month, so a little bit of a content and trigger warning.
