Good evening, everybody. How you all doing?

I'm ready for the weekend. I need to rest. I need to rest my poor voice.

I was talking to a couple different people and they were pointing out how, well,

telemedicine is what I'm doing. And they're saying, you know, listen, when you're seeing people,

you know, patients face to face in your office, you, you just talk normal volume, but, uh, doing things via FaceTime, Zoom, the phone,

projecting, a lot of projecting and then doing the radio. So, um, I'm going to be giving myself

silence for two days straight. I'm not going to be doing anything. I'm going to be turning my phone

off. I'm going to be unavailable for two days. Just going to rest. And as I always say, do self-care, joy, pleasure,

and total rest kind of heal up because I'm getting exhausted. And I got to do the work that I always tell

everyone else to do. You got to push back on your accessibility, give people, know, set some boundaries,

and just really kind of prioritize your

mental and physical health. So I say that to inspire all of you and to model sometimes what

that's got to look like. So for those that can do that and to the best that you can do that,

you got to do it. Strange times right now. Every time I turn on the news when I wake up in the morning,
