screen time on our eyes. So we're talking about ways to really keep our eyes healthy, you know,

My point was, we're going to talk later about how us spending too much time in bed is also

it has to do with your posture and the way you are forced to sit when you're doing work and being in bed that long. Beds are for sleeping and for sex.
