Good evening, everybody. How you all doing? It's Thursday. It's one of the best days of the week.

0:06.3

Ah, it's not the beginning of the week. It's the end of the week. We are still full of hope,

0:12.0

still have a little bit of energy, hopefully, why. We're focusing on mental health. You know,

0:17.3

it's hard. Even myself, someone who's been in the mental health field for almost two decades and does the work daily, I still have to remember to apply that to myself, you know.

0:27.2

I work so hard helping other people remember to center and prioritize mental health that I forget

0:31.9

myself. And so that's why I think it's humbling. I understand what it's like to be busy

0:36.5

But I'm with you all.

1:06.3

It's hard some days.

1:07.4

I just want to do what I say.

1:08.8

I call it my, um, couch burrito where I just want to roll myself up

1:12.8

in my blanket, right, tight laying on the couch, blocking out the world. I have those days.

1:18.3

And that's part of really, again, prioritizing mental health is talking about those days and saying

1:21.8

it's okay. It's okay to have a day where you're hyper anxious or feeling a little low level or

1:26.1

even a little depressed. And we want to be tracking that to make sure it's not becoming something that needs a little

1:31.7

clinical attention. You know, I'm offering therapy. A lot of therapists are as well. We're

1:36.6

doing telemedicine. So if you think you need a little extra care and support, please reach out,
