Good evening, everybody. How are y'all doing? Got a great show plan for you, but we always do.

Hope y'all are getting through the week well, winding down. Hope you are focusing on tons of self-care,

building in a little bit of joy, finding as much leisure as possible. Those are all the

cornerstones of mental health upon which everything else is dumped you know what I

mean like that's what we have control over try to kind of create that's that container that

foundation and on top of that everything else appears you know but if we got the base strong

it can tolerate some of what comes on top look Look, we're just doing the best we can.

You can still hear at my throat that whatever is going on out in the world in COVID is just

never ending. I'm so ready just to have my complete health back. Okay, so we're going to talk about

monogamy. Gold standard, still the gold standard as much as you all want to

believe sometimes that it's not. And it really depends on the world you're living. And for some people,

they're like, yeah, that's all we see. That's all we hear that, you know, hear about. But other people

that are out there maybe in the dating world or are single on the apps, you know, we're starting to encounter more and more people that are trying different styles. And this is funny. I actually wrote this on, um, on my, uh, Instagram, but one of my stories.

I was like doing some research on this topic and, uh, came across an article. And I, I guess I

wasn't paying a lot of attention. And I was reading through it. And I was

like, oh, this isn't bad. And then I scrolled to the top to see who the author was and it was me.

I have a lot of articles and work out there. And I haven't written anything in a while, but

it was really funny. And then someone responded, thank God you enjoyed it.

And I thought, that's right, because it's my own work.

So I thought we could kind of go through some of this.
