focusing on self-care, right? Joy, pleasure, tons of rest every single day. Make sure you're

building that in. Type of focus on mental health. Also, just want to start the show by reminding you

all when you are talking to people, ask them how their mental health is directly, right? Instead of saying,

hey, how are you? Say, how's your mental health? Right? Reminding people to focus on it. We're normalizing it.

We're prioritizing it. Got a great show plan for you. We're going to be talking about some

interesting facts about kissing. Some of them were actually really surprising. Some of them

not so much. Some of them also a little disappointing. So we'll be talking about that.

And then later in the show, we'll be talking about sex toys in our second hour when things get a little more adult friendly.

I wanted to talk about some news. God bless Amazon. I've talked a lot about how we need to not be supporting Amazon for a multitude of reason.

They're trying to unionize, which is important and is their right and they're getting pushback.

So a lot of trouble in that way, but also new article talking about how Amazon has kept $62 million in tips that were intended for their drivers.

And they don't care.

But there's tons of other independent booksellers.

When in doubt, if you can, go to your local independent bookseller, purchase books from them.

You can also go online.

A lot of them are offering curbside pickup.

They can mail it to you.

A lot of these smaller presses, publishers, and also indie bookstores really could use your care and support. All my favorite work.
