these things. Whether we feel good or we feel bad about something, sometimes self-care is definitely in order, right? So I want to remind people, really just do what's

going to make you feel good, really prioritize and center wherever you are and what you need from that.

Outcome elections really do tie to people's mental health in terms of feeling safer or less

safe, more seen or less seen. And whether you're celebrating or your

heart is hurting at what people in the country have allowed to have happen, there are things that we

can do. And we kind of talked about this in the election readiness. But first off, build,

build in your community. Be around the people you love and feel safe with. That's always so

important to either celebrate or to talk about disappointment. Be around your people, you know, so no one feels like they're in this alone, whatever it is

that you're struggling with or you're in. Also, just giving yourself a break. I've been saying this

to the whole pandemic. We are operating right now at 60 or 70 percent, and that's got to be good

hey employers i want you to really extend that to your employees that they're not necessarily going to be
