Taking care of yourselves.

As always, prioritize your mental health.

I know it's invisible.

I know you can't see it.

I know a lot of people don't take it seriously.

But we got it.

It's one of those things.

I've shared some of my mental health struggles.

You know, I'm definitely neuro-a-typical, very creative and diverse mentally, and it's hard for

some people to take it seriously. It comes up a lot for me with flying. I have certain flying

restrictions or needs, I should say, and if someone is flying me into lecture or to film something,

they have to kind of meet the requirements. Otherwise, my butt doesn't get on the airplane. You know,

it's a disabilities issue. And if they can't meet the needs, then,

who, God bless them, ableism, run amok.

But we have to be able to get our needs med.

So again, no, most people won't support it, but you got to ask for it and just say,

you know, I have a mental disability.

These are my mental health needs or my mental health boundaries.
