Going outside. Now, for those that are familiar with me, those of you that, you know,

And the heat in the sun really trigger my seasonal affective disorder. What? The summer,

yeah, believe it or not. And I'm always reminded myself to get outside more. When COVID first started, talk about happy. What? You want us to

stay indoors? What? See as few people as possible. That was like a dream. And I really got comfortable. But then, of course,

we started talking a lot and I was talking endlessly on the show about this, about seeing people,

talking to at least three people a day, really trying to keep ourselves connected, trying to

keep ourselves. Also distracted, finding moments of joy. But We talked a lot about the importance of going

outside, getting fresh air, vitamins, something I'm always reminding myself. I am repeating

myself, but I want to share a story with you because this anecdote was really meaningful to me.

So for those that have already heard it three, four, or five times, bear with me. But there is a vitamin shop supplement store that I love going to.

It's here in the Hollywood area, West Hollywood, actually, very popular place.

And I got to know the individual who works, the vitamin counter.
