| 1:10.7 | of conversations, but also journals and diary entries, people just want to be hot, |
| 1:15.0 | have a good body. We really have our self-worth tied to that materialized, objectified sense of |
| 1:21.4 | self. Our bodies are important. Why? Well, they get us through the world. So we want to be very |
| 1:26.2 | thoughtful about taking care of them. |
| 1:28.6 | Also, our bodies are part of where our emotions reside. And I'm trying to talk more and more about the importance of being connected to our emotions, our affect with an A, as we call it in the field. |

| 1:45.0 | where we are in the world, what we need. |
