Good evening, everybody. Welcome to the show. Got an important good show plan for you. But before we get into that, just want to take a moment to check in. Do this as often as possible. I'd like to do it on the show. It's kind of like in therapy. We literally practice in session. So here's what I want everyone to be doing. I'd love for everybody to do this at least once a day

check in and say, how's my mental health? Is there anything I need? And sometimes it's just about

acknowledgement and making room for whatever you're feeling. Other times you'll realize maybe

there is a need that can get met. Checking in on our energy levels, are we living in burnout?

Otherwise, we are backing off, doing 70% max. And as always,

every single day, ideally we build in some form of rest that does not include sleep, a form of

rest, something that is rooted in nothing more than pleasure. And of course, some time doing

something that's rooted in leisure leisure rest and

pleasure that's what our life is trying to be built more around it's what anchors us it's what

grounds us so this is a reminder this is the uh permission if you need permission i'm giving
