plan for you. I'm going to be talking about how to get the spark back. But before we do that,

I wanted to talk just very quickly about monkeypox. There's a lot of misinformation going on

around there. And also some misinterpretations of what we're looking at and what we're up again. So

this is all information coming from the World Health Organization. So I have to present the facts as

they are. And then you as intelligent adults decide what you do with that. A lot of interesting

debate as to whether or not it's an sexually transmitted disease.

I think that's the least important part of all this.

Call it an STD if you want.

Don't call it an STD.

What we really need to talk about is prevention and how to stop the spread of it.

The reason why a lot of people are saying it is not an STD is because they don't want people to think that as long as I'm

only having sex with my monogamous partner or if I'm not hooking up, then I'm protected. And you're

not because it is transmitted in ways that aren't sexually based. And that's the importance of that

distinction. But again, not what we should be getting hung up on,

because STDs are usually a diagnostic term that is applied to things that are only transmitted

through sexual body fluids. And monkeypox is passed along through contact, bodily contact.

And so it could be, you know, shirtless dancing with somebody. So the World

Health Organization is zeroing in especially in the LGBTQIA community because that's where we're

seeing the numbers rise. But it is not a quote unquote gay only issue and it is not just a

sex-based issue, although it occurs in higher frequency with sexuality because you're coming in

more contact with someone's body and the possibility of infection. But it is not being seen as an
