Fear is often looked at as something that needs to be repressed. Something to conquer and to get rid off as if it was something that we can dump from our lives. I used to think this. Then I learned that Fear can be my ally. It is part of me.
In this weeks episode I talk about how you can come be acquainted with your fear. How you can get to know it and why you should let it into your life.
