who is the wife of Chris Jan Bemrung and they are the owners of arguably one of the best Thai restaurants ever,

Night Market.

I wanted to share Sarah's story for multiple reasons, but the main one being that she helped propel

the restaurants into what they are today.

Second, because her and Chris's love story could be made into your next favorite Ramagom.

They met at the iconic Corner Beastro in New York where he literally fought for her honor. Fast forward nine months later,

she moved to LA into the house where Chris was living with his parents. She went from being a fashion

writer to helping Chris and his family grow their businesses into what they are today.

Night Market now has three locations in LA and they have an amazing cookbook and have been

featured in the LA Times multiple times on Food 52, Goop, Esquire, Thrillist, Eater, Bonapetit, Vogue, and so much more. We talk about losing our fathers, taking big chances, leaving your family to start a new one, Anthony Bourdain, funny stories about the restaurant and so much more.
