Hey guys, it's Kayla. I'm so happy you're able to join us today because we are all still

0:14.3

so directionally challenged. We thought we'd have it all figured out by the time we were

0:18.7

in our 30s. But surprise, we don't. And that's okay. Have you ever wanted to write a love letter?

0:26.0

And when I just ask you that, who popped into your mind writing a letter, especially a love

0:31.3

letter, isn't a common occurrence these days? Or is it? According to today's guest, it is. In fact,

0:37.2

it's what she's based her entire life on. Meredith Goldstein is a long time advice columnist

1:45.3

advice column, basically group therapy with a comments section. And then it really took on a

1:51.0

life of its own and became a family, a community, really your family. So this was, you know, of course,

1:59.2

it would happen to be that I would be dumped right as I'm starting an advice column.

2:05.5

This is what happens, right? So I was the kind of person who thought, you know, I was really put

2:11.1

together. I hadn't prioritized romantic relationships a ton, but I, you know, it was just right at that

2:18.5

point that I was feeling confident about everything. I get dumped. And then I have to start giving
