Hello and welcome back to another Ask Coach Heather episode. Today you are going to

get to hear me coaching Judy. Judy was a wonderful spectacular surprise. I had the privilege of almost

back-to-back coaching her and coaching Ann last time and both of these ladies are in their 70s.

And in this discussion Judy has actually gotten to her goal weight which again for those of you

who think age is the limiting factor right here's two wonderful women both in their 70s both working

on this she's at her goal but she's kind of concerned because she is never felt successful

maintaining and so we really talk about maintaining how to work in splurges how to focus on average

calories how for she can start to kind of begin feeling a little bit more comfortable and really

working on her mindset around this issue and so I know you're going to get a lot of valuable

stuff out of listening to Judy but but the big thing I want to hit on here is this idea of mindset

she fell down for a bit she got back up she had a mindset shift based on some things we discussed
