Summary

In this week's retrospective episode we revisit Vic and Lucy's struggle to beat the moderation pixie.

Many of us try and fail to moderate for years before eventually accepting that sobriety might be the best route for us.

We have heard every trick in the book from drinking a water in between each alcoholic drink to only drinking on the weekends!

Attempting moderation is often a losing battle. You might be surprised to hear that going totally sober is actually the easier way to live your life.

That that behaviour is just so repetitive and boring, As we talked about in the last broadcast, you know that behaviour and you're just going to be kidding yourself if you think that's going to happen one day. I've got no intentions of trying to attempt that ever again in my life. Because that's what you've been doing for years. Yeah, what's the point? What's the point? But what about you? What about you? Tell us

about your moderation and how wonderful you were at it. Yeah. I was amazing. One drink on the bus
