Hello and welcome to another episode for Chris Terrell podcast.

For those of you that are new here, a little bit about me, because I realize I haven't really done a recap about me in just a little bit.

125 pounds. It took me over two years to do it and to get it off after a lifetime of up and down,

up and down, up and down dieting. And let me tell you, I've learned a lot. And I have pretty much

made weight loss my obsession for the better part of the last three years. Like, I thought I was

obsessed before. No, no, no, no, no. This pales in comparison to, or my past pales in comparison to

my levels of obsession that I've brought to weight loss. Now, I have a way that I look at weight loss

that I really wanted to dig into today, which is a minimalist dieting.

And it's a concept that I've really come up with that really summarizes a lot of my approach

that I take towards weight loss and weight management in general.

You know, if you're really looking to get ahead in the game of life and win the war against your body, so to speak, you really got to find a way to let go of your illogical need to overcomplicate
