Let's get to the show. I've heard of intuitive eating and that's what I'd respond. What's that? I haven't heard

of intuitive eating. Oh I talk about it that? I haven't heard him into it.

Oh, I talk about it all the time.

I'm like obsessed with it.

It's just about eating what you want when you're hungry.

Okay.

And there's no such thing as good food and there's no such thing as bad food and it's not a diet.

And it's like it

basically teaches you that you know diets don't work and your body is

intuitive and has like information that I will give you you just have to listen

yeah your body might want like five cookies one day and I guarantee you won't want five cookies the next day.

Like it's just like your body is smart.

Yeah.

I think that's especially tight for women who have funked around with eating disorders, as have most.

I have women.
