And not a ton of news since we last got with you folks 10 days or so ago. I guess the main news is in the recruiting world

where Nordame kind of inexplicably got a verbal commitment from wide receiver

T.J. Sheffield last week and then earlier this week I guess it was Wednesday

Sheffield announced via Twitter that Nordham had not accepted his commitment.

And I don't, I mean, we didn't expect it to come down like this, obviously.

And there's obviously some miscommunication on Nordheim's part.

But recruiting is difficult, and sometimes things like this happen.

And Nordham was not sold on Sheffield.

If you've read our film reviews, we didn't think that he had a whole lot of burst

and that he was a marginal prospect. And if they got another receiver,

they would go ahead and pull the plug on him. They didn't, they did get that receiver

in Cam Hart and pulled the plug.

Look, when Brian Kelly doesn't do the we R&D Twitter thing, that you should be really

alarmed.

And that's also in Sheffield situation, not only did he commit really without sort of

the staff being in good communication there, like he immediately said he was going to take

other visits when he did it.

And then a day later said, no, I'm actually 100% for Notre Dame. It was awkward from the get-go on that one. Didn't air a parisian once not tweet out WeR-Indee when you got some big recruits back in the 70s? He went quiet on Twitter. He was remarkably quiet on Twitter. Yeah, it's not lame at all. But it's a, it's a, I think we just talked about before the podcast.

It's a bad look for about 36 hours. And then that's just recruiting. That's the way the world works. If social media didn't exist, it wouldn't be a bad look. That's just how it goes, man. I was in a conversation on Twitter with a fan about this, and it's like, ah, it looks bad like uh ohio state michigan are you gonna use this against

nondaym and recruiting i'm like one this is like a glass house stones type of situation and two
