It's Wednesday, July 25th, and guys, we are eight days away from a press conference with Brian Kelly on Thursday, August 2nd, and then in nine days, we'll be going to

call for Indiana. Friday, August 3rd for the start of preseason drills. We don't have a bunch of,

we don't have any really breaking news here other than a little bit of information on Notre Dame's,

one of Notre Dame's freshman Joe Wilkins Jr., who was projected at corner, but had played

wide receiver in high school and had played it well. Irish Illustrator reported last week that he

has moved to the wide receiver position. And Tim, there's a domino effect with that, but I think

it's a sign that they probably like the other freshman cornerbacks that have come in.

I think it's trickle down everywhere you have. Maybe they like another guy as a backup corner.

Maybe it's finally Dante Vaughn. Maybe we were kind of speculating before this.

Someone like Nick Coleman, who's finding himself out of the mix at safety, but he's a veteran.

He's been back there. He's started 14 games in

a Notre Dame uniform. He's a senior. He's fast. They like him. He can be a backup corner,

and this opens the door for other backup corner, or for the freshman corners to really have more

reps in camp and opens Joe Wilkins. Now Joe Wilkins maybe doesn't start his Notre Dame career

as a 8th or nother and fourth. It gets him involved. Well, we know that we maybe doesn't start his Notre Dame career as an a third.

Fourth on the depth chart.

It gets him involved.

Well, we know that DJ Brown.

That's a guy that we reported in the last podcast.

That was a guy that they had been impressed with physically.
