I think what helped me there the most again was go back to that where I kind of have the customer tag along with me.

Almost as if they're kind of going through the maintenance with me and then we finally sit down and say,

hey, remember that rusty cool we saw or remember that capacity that was low or whatnot.

Here's the cost to replace it versus repair,

repair versus replace.

The best thing that worked for me was literally taking that customer by the arm

and just letting them walk with me through the meetings.
