Hi everyone. We took a week off so everyone could recharge and reflect on the past year.

I feel so fortunate that I've been able to communicate with people via this podcast

into a found and audience with the Ring of Network.

And to have Apple name us one of the best podcasts of the year.

I want to keep getting better. I have to keep getting better.

Two things I want to work on specifically is not cursing as much, and pretty

in my vocabulary. And secondly, the art of talking to people is not something I've ever

given too much of thought. And I need to be a better listener.

So I am going to try. It is not something that I think is that easy quite frankly.

And I'm going to try my best. So bear with me as I try to get better.

But this is how I look at cooking too. It's a challenge for me to constantly improve.

And one of the things I want to do is get better at talking to people.

And I think you can only really talk to someone until you learn how to listen better.

And I'm a work in progress.
