the opinion in London of the Elgin Marbles were turning to Greece. There's a beautiful museum built within

the last decade or so, I think 2009 in Athens to protect these masterful productions that were bought, we're told, legally

we're told, by Thomas Bruce, then known as the Earl of Elgin, and removed in 1806, 1807 to the British Museum,

where the British public has enjoyed them ever since.

However, now Greece wants them back. They've wanted them back for some time and we even get to this controversy in today's times of London.

Is this Tik-Tokoc-talk? Is there ferocious

our teamwork going on in London to hold on to the Elgin marbles? Are they ready to

spirit them away in case Greece raids? What is happening?

Well, it is becoming an interesting culture war issue in a strange way.

I think that one of the reasons that this is so potent is because conservative voters

in particular are going to care a lot about this and I think

Prime Minister Ushi Sunak is worried about keeping his own electoral base on

side as they head into an election next year. But I mean this has been a controversy for a long time and I think that people are

very proud of having these artifacts here.

You know, I think that it's always a very popular crowded part of the British Museum whenever you want to go visit there.

And it does kind of touch on a lot of these deeper issues that people
