about where things are going, where things have been. And, you know, obviously COVID is still in,

the world right now. But what is going on in the mortgage world right now?

Like, tell me what you see. Well, for the most part, we've seen a lot of volume.

What you're experiencing on the buy-sell side, well, pretty much the buyer side, which it

seems like, imagine that double for us because we have refis.

Jeez, that's crazy.

So refi rates are helping hurting us.
