So the reason I wanted to do this is because I think there's so many challenges in any market, whether it be good or bad, there's challenges, right? You guys agree? You can talk by the way. stuff going on. Tell me what you said about the inventory. So a lot of buyers right now are wondering

why the prices are so high, you know, why the jump we've seen from last year,

you know, to this year, which has been 20, 30 percent in a lot of markets. Wow. And really

what it's coming down to is maybe three factors. Number one, inventory. At last year's

levels, we were around 1,700 homes on the market in all ofurks County. This year, under 600 homes on the market.
