to chat a bit about well-being ways to help us all have a

healthier, happier holiday, whether you're jetting off somewhere exotic this

summer, enjoying a stay-cation closer to home either with friends, family or perhaps traveling solo.

Now at this time of year I'm often asked by journalists or people in the press or the media to share some

episodes here there really is something very healthful about spending time in the sun.

You know, it's been shown to help reduce heart disease, improve our mental health, our mood,
