I don't want to be yelling at you guys, but I don't want you guys to have to strain either so. So welcome and good evening. So I wanted to continue on a theme that I started last week. So last week I started to talk about this idea.

I introduced these five qualities of endeavoring of five things that the qualities to bring together if you want to do

something something that the Buddha talked about is a support for anything we want to do.

Of course, he's teaching about spiritual practice,

but is something that we could do for whatever.

I'll just list these five. I already gave a whole talk on them but I just want to kind of add a little bit on this.

So these five factors of endeavoring we can say.

First one is confidence, second one is vitality, third one is

integrity, fourth one is energy and the fifth one is wisdom. is

energy, and the fifth one is wisdom.

So this is, that's talking about like how to like to gather up certain qualities so that we can do something or go in a particular direction, accomplish something.

But now I'd like to maybe add on that, but also introduce something else and that is where are we going?
