I veer off the path of just fitness. But the question, you know, David, Jack and I talk about all the time is, you know, what is fitness? And we say everything is fitness and everything isn't fitness. And the way that we coach it and I adopted this, you know, mentality from him, and it's always been layered in everything I've done, but it's very prevalent in a lot of

the things that I say and I do. And I think you guys probably understand this. We coach fitness in all

four pillars, like the physical side of fitness, which you guys all know and probably love.

The mental side of fitness, which I think you guys are starting to understand at a deeper level,

especially if you listen to the podcast I put out. The emotional side of fitness, which is tied to a lot of things, especially how we eat and how we train and how we go up our day. And then obviously the spiritual side of fitness. And those are all the four pillars that we kind of coach and we layer it into everything. Whether our people realized or not, it's involved in every single workout we do every single day. And that's what I mean by living your life on purpose. And I think in the
