How do I get wisdom like you have?

He just knew a lot about a lot.

He had depth and breadth and he was just so wise.

And he said, honey, I wish I could give it to you.

He said, but it's not pretty because by the time you get it, you're not pretty anymore.

The story of my story is it started out to be one thing, but it became a little more rooted in that legacy I spoke of with my great, great grandfather.

my love of returning so I say learning if you learn well you can earn well if you earn well you can

return well you can't get what you don't have I really want to help just destroy limiting beliefs

about earning especially around if the leader's transparent, if there's real

authenticity, and a leader that can really feel present when they're not and really make you feel

valued, well, you'll have so much more followership, you'll have more engagement. Sadly, there's about

the status, 50% of employees today are disengaged. And that means lack of productivity that is

just, it's hard to replace.

So a leader that really knows how to work through that kind of need in the workforce are the

ones that are winning today. So, but literally, God wasn't done with me. So can I ask you, Mike,

what is it like now a month out from that? What does it feel like to have had such a

life death, near life death experience? It's interesting because you sort of ask yourself,

why, right? But I also believe with every fiber of my being that I'm literally doing right now in what we're

doing, I'm doing what God prepared me to do.
