I have a big appetite. Again, I'm Greek in Italian, so I eat a lot. And even today, I eat a lot,

but I know what to eat so that I can stay in shape. But I went from eating, you know, to breakfast

at Denny's. We used to go to Denny's every weekend for breakfast. I'd eat my breakfast and my

dad's and whatever my mom didn't eat and whatever my little sister didn't eat. So I was a big eater.

me want to eat more. But I will say my mom approached it from a more logical perspective. So rather than

you should eat, she kind of walked me through how food is social and everything in life about food

is social. And regardless of how I want my body to look, I have to have a good relationship with
