0:22.1	as well as chicken keeping because I think you're about to get bees but you've had chickens for a little bit now.
0:28.0	I'd love to hear about your journey into how you decided you wanted to do beekeeping

0:37.5	Yeah, so first of all, I feel like gardening
0:40.1	is just like a slippery slope.
0:41.4	Like one day you're gardening, next day you're gardening next day you want
0:43.4	chickens now you want bees but I have actually yeah right I went to an
0:50.1	alpaca farm a few weekends ago and I was like researching like how do I keep
0:54.2	alpaca? Yeah. No, but I actually have wanted to keep bees longer than I wanted
1:01.0	to garden. Oh, okay.
1:03.0	Yeah, like I was saying before, when I was getting my degree, my biology degree,
1:10.0	like we had this whole section of bees.
1:12.8	I had no idea how bees worked.
1:14.1	So when I was learning about bees,
1:16.2	I was like totally fascinated.
1:18.4	And when I learned that people keep them and it's not, I don't want to say it's easy but when I
1:26.1	learned that it was like feasible I was like yes this is what I want so but I have
1:30.4	been kind of scared to embark on that journey because it is a pretty big journey to embark on.
1:38.4	There's a lot of knowledge and it's pretty much just like a whole science that you have to learn and
1:46.8	but this year I was like this year's the year getting bees and I've been taking a course, like an online course for the past few months to can prepare.
