I'm Martin yelling he's Tom Williams and this is marathon talk live from the Virgin

London Marathon Expo. Now this isn't something we've done before so we're sat in

a little cafe just outside the Excel center having done a live show on

the Adidas souvenir retail stand this morning.

How you feeling about it all, Tom?

Well it's been a load of fun isn't it?

We met Patrick Macau yesterday

didn't we and I gave him a few last minute tips he was looking a bit nervous.

Well they was looking it's funny because they look so small aren't these elite

Kenyons look tiny and actually looking at the photo yesterday that someone posted on

Facebook he's the same height as me he's taller than you in fact your feet are

even smaller than his but he must be the reason why I think they look so small is they're so light aren't they you know

I mean I must be giving him 15 kilos or something I mean they are you can see how they run so far

It's amazing we were sat this morning at breakfast, weren't we at the tower.

And I mean the average marathon PB in the breakfast room at the tower this morning

must have been about 205, wasn't it?

Yeah, mine held it back a little bit and yours held it back a little bit further.

But we've been, the expo is an amazing

event that leads in to one of the marathon majors the Virgin London marathon and

and we're both here we're super enjoying it it's great to catch up with people that you see out

and about. We've seen a load of marathon talk listeners. It's also good to keep up with all the trade

stuff and have a good look around all the stands. Tom just tell us a little bit, before we play the daily show that's going to go out,
