However, we discovered that another recording was made on a portable device at the back of the room.

We wrestled with whether or not to publish it.

It doesn't sound good at all, but in the end, we decided the content was too good not to publish so with

our apologies for the bad sound quality we present this episode of two kido

Yeah, we had a good thing.

We did. We'll talk about that a little bit more, but I first want to tell you that in February 2016 I put myself on a ketogenic diet to take control of metabolism and in just two and a half months I managed to reverse all my markers of

type two diabetes with diet alone. As of now I'm 80 pounds lighter with no

signs of diabetes or heart disease.
