Summary

Experiences of emotional trauma often create feelings of vulnerability or of feeling unsafe within your body. This is a week of creating safety. In each episode this week, you'll work your way to emotional safety step by step as you gain insight into where and how you hold emotional trauma within your body. Be guided in meditations to soothe emotional pain.

This week you are embarking on a very special important theme.

This is a theme by request from a fellow meditator who reached out to me, letting me know

that she has been struggling.

Now this is not the first message I have received in regards to what she's struggling with.

And that is emotional trauma.

In her case, the trauma she has been experiencing is childhood emotional trauma.

And while I've recorded many different series to heal emotional pain, I've never specifically

focused on healing childhood trauma.

You may think back over your life and reflect on how maybe you don't believe you really

had any childhood trauma or maybe just the thought of your childhood stops you in your

tracks, whether you experienced pain or you feel as though you had a beautiful childhood,
