As you hear my voice this good morning, this God morning.

You feel conscious of your breath, of your breathing. You feel grateful for it.

You feel love for it. You feel love for every breath.

And as you continue to listen to my voice you've become conscious of the stillness within that body.

There's a big quiet in your thighs, in your chest,

in your stomach, in your arms, there's a silence, a stillness, a space between your ears,

behind your eyes, behind your nose. You've become aware of the space surrounding your head.

The space where your body appears to be seated in.

The energy in your body is now shifting, it's rising, it's becoming lighter,

it's becoming elevated, it feels like a smile from the inside,

like a rose blooming slowly, beautifully. When you first began hearing my voice a moment ago,

you were feeling like your old self, probably not bad, but definitely not this. You were feeling like,

you regular, just I, with your old life and your old bank account and your old limitations.

Out of habit, you were being and feeling like the old you and you would continue experiencing more

of the same old, but now, now you're smiling, you're coming alive, you're lit, you feel good

for what seems like no reason, you feel God because those two are the same good and God,

they're interchangeable. That smile, that elevated energy you're aware of now means that you

are being love, you're no longer being your old self with that old life,

you're being the best version of yourself, the clearest version of yourself,

the most confident version of yourself, the most loving version of yourself,

you've shifted energy, you've shifted worlds and you'll soon encounter new experiences,

new people, new stuff that match this shift in you. Stay here for the rest of the day,
