Exercise and fitness is not worth the effort, and they stop.

Losing weight is incredibly hard. And it can be very frustrating, particularly if we

are looking around at others who are also trying to lose weight and they seem to be losing

it easier than we are. And so it's easy to give up. The juice ain't worth the squeeze. The sacrifice isn't

worth it. And so we stop. I've started this process and it's not going the way I thought.
