Today's episode is a very different and I can tell you that my friends have been waiting to hear this episode because I am hypnotized live and I have been raving about it and the results ever since.

I met Grace Smith at an event in New York a few years ago,

and I thought she was wonderful, but as life goes,

you often don't always reconnect with people.

And I was on social media I was on Instagram a couple

of months ago and someone who I love was talking about Grace Smith she's like
