We have a great show for you guys today.

We're going to drill down on one of our favorite topics, which is the listing process.

And what we're going to do is Julie and I are going to get into the weeds with you about what the seven-step listing process is.

It's really important that you take notes about what we're talking about and think about what we're talking about as we're discussing it with you.

We're going to do our normal, direct, practical, tactical, drilled down path to you guys having a listing system in place,

but you got to take notes, you got to concentrate. One of the biggest problems

that most of you have is that, and this is your egos, is that you spend way too much time

trying to figure out your own way of doing it. You spend way too much time trying to basically go to 14 different sources and trying to figure out 14 different ways to accomplish

one goal. That's as Asnine is basically saying you want to drive from here to whatever the

furthest state in the nation is and you are deciding, well, you know what? I have got,

I'm going to go and I got this GPS thing and it's telling me exactly how to I have got, I'm going to go and I got this GPS thing,

and it's telling me exactly how to get there, but I'm going to go and try to patchwork, quilt

my own maps together.
