There's an interesting space that we find ourselves in sometimes.

And it's not quite where we were.

And it's not quite where we want to be.

It's like we're literally standing on the threshold between two different realities.

Now, this can be chaotic.

It can be full of uncertainty.

It can be as if we just don't know which direction to go, where to put our energy.

There is a term for this space.

They call it the liminal space.

The term lemon comes from the Latin for threshold.

It is literally the threshold separating one space from another.

And we find ourselves in these spaces sometimes.

We're not quite where we were, but we're not quite where we want to be.

So where are we?

This is a space of surrender.

This is a space of allowing ourselves to truly let go of what happened and get ready to embrace what's going to happen.

But when we're in this space, it's full of anxiety.

It's full of being anxious.

It's quite difficult because I find when I'm in a liminal space,

I have less energy.

I have less instinct.

And this may be because when you're in a liminal space, you're trying to force things.
