There's things that will sharpen our spiritual discipline. Now, I know this topic is probably one

It's cliché. It's something we've heard before. We know it before

But it's actually very important

It's actually something I've been practicing this week

through my writings through letters

through opening up connections again and

having conversations

Sometimes we could feel heavy

on the inside almost as if for no reason we don't even know why we just feel heavy

We just feel staying and we just feel stuck

Not realizing that we are still carrying

energetic loads from past relationships

friendships situations experiences things we simply haven't let go of yet now

We all have a destiny

We all have purpose our presence has purpose and

And there's a direction we're trying to go in

But when we have this heavy load weighing us down this resistance within us

It takes a whole lot of energy just to take a step forward doesn't it?

Don't some days just feel like it's impossible to get up and just do the simple tasks of the day

Pay a phone bill before some reason

You're resisting

Go finish the groceries or some reason it just feels like there's so much more energy or whatever it is finish the project
