you don't know has the Instagram account called OCD Maestro now on this account he illustrates kind of his struggle with O. C. D.

and also his recovery. And we talk in this about how illustration and drawing helps him

through O. C. D. How help make sense of it, and also helps him in recovery.

And I guess helps raise him, helps him raise awareness to help other people,

which is also, you know, highly important for recovery and for him and for others.

He's a great guy, you know, I thoroughly enjoyed talking to him. I embarrassed myself at the end by not getting the capital of Sweden right, which I should know and I did know.
