Hey everyone this is Kurt Frankham and you are listening to the leading saints podcast

now this episode is quite unique it's not our typical weekly episode that we

generally release uh... sunday mornings

but with it being December and it's Christmas season, and of course, the

Light the World campaign is happening.

Now you may not realize this, but the Church does a fantastic job to promote the Light the World campaign.

And they do that through Bonneville Communications.

And Bonneville Communications has an influencer night, typically leading up to the Christmas season, all based around inviting

influencers to come and learn about what, how, how they're approaching the

light the world event this season and I'm typically

invited to those I guess they they count me as an influencer in the world of the

latter-day saint media and obviously we have an audience with the through the

podcast and on the website and so I get the opportunity to go there and each year

I've gone the last few years and they typically talk about these great things you can

post on Facebook or Instagram or ways to share it through those typical traditional

social media platforms but very rarely do they, give anything that's audio-based that you can share through

a podcast feed.

So this year I was excited that all the podcasters, all the Latter-day Saint podcasters came together and said why don't we put together a simple

episode that we could share with all of our audiences to really help promote and encourage

the Light the World campaign that's happening throughout the world.

And I love the Light the World campaign.

There's such a sweet spirit about it if you've seen the commercials online or just the general
