Hello, leading Saints community. Thanks. Utah. I have listened to the Leading Saints Podcast for about a year and a half and it has been so

helpful that I have used a couple of the podcasts in training my presidency and I have shared links with my Ward Council members.

This past year, as we've experienced changes with having discussions rather than lessons.

We had some resistance to the new format and

Leading Saints podcast has helped me to determine a philosophy.

I didn't know that I had a leadership philosophy until I ran

into this difficulty but because of the things that I have heard on the

podcast I realize I do have a leadership philosophy and it helped me to navigate through the situation and to smooth things out.
