Hey everyone, welcome back. I hope that you had a wonderful general conference experience, a wonderful Easter experience. I know we did in our family

at a really relaxing and wonderful time listening to general conference and then making Easter

something special.

So hopefully you have moments like that for you as well.

I want to start this episode by inviting you to take a field trip at the very least in your mind.

And maybe you can take one physically.

I think I did this last episode.

I sent you outside to garden a bit.

This one, will you, if you can, find, or if not, then at least remember, a place where you can be

in complete darkness. I remember years ago we went on a hike as a family and I can't even

remember where we went. It might have been, oh, it might have been Mount Timpanooga. Someone will

correct me and say this doesn't exist there, but there's somewhere where we went and we were

able to hike actually into a cave and we get so far in and then the guide turns off

all of the lights and it's completely pitch black.

You can't, and it's the kind of darkness you don't, you can't get used to because there's

zero light no matter how long you stay in it, you cannot see.

Now, you may not be able to recreate that, but maybe you can go somewhere in your

house for a little bit, a closet that's inside your house and you can take a blanket to

stuff underneath the door and block out the light. Go somewhere where you can make it

really, really dark, as dark as possible. And then just sit there for a couple of minutes and pay attention
