For I do not know if I shall meet you again after this year in this place.

The companions wept.

The earth felt different. The sky felt heavy. And our hearts,

even now, feel that moment.

My beloved brothers and sisters, every story has a beginning and every journey has an end.

But some lives do not end when the heartbeat stops.

Some lives continue in every heart they touched, every soul they guided, every tear shed in love. Today we walk with the messenger of Allah,

Peace be upon Him in his final days in this world.

Not as a king nor a conqueror, but as a teacher, a father, a friend

whose heart never stopped caring for his Ummah. We beside him at Arafa where his voice trembled not with weakness but with love where he left us words to carry until the last day The son of Doolkaida in the 10th year of Hijra glowed above Medina, the messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, called his

companions, prepare for the pilgrimage. It would be his first and last haj, after the Hijra.

The farewell pilgrimage, Hageatjat al-Wada. Over 100,000 believers answered the call.

He appointed Abu Dujana as governor of Medina and set out five nights before the end of

the al Qaeda. The Prophet Peace Be upon him brought with him his sacrificial animals,

the Hadi, and declared the intention of Hajj and Umra together.

Most companions did likewise, but those without sacrifice were ordered to exit

Ihram after Umra.

Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, became ill and wept.

The Prophet Peace Be upon Him said,
