Verse 14.

Then he brought the young bowl for the sin offering, and Aaron and his sons put their hands on the head of the bowl for the sin offering, and Moses killed it.

Then he took the blood and put some on the horns of the altar all around with his finger,

and purified the altar. He poured the blood at the base of the altar and sanctified it to make atonement

upon it. We'll come back to it. Moses then took all the fat on the entrails, the fatty lobe attached

to the liver, and the two kidneys with their fat, and Moses offered them on the altar.

But the young bull, its hide, it's flesh, and it's awful.

He burned with fire outside the camp as the Lord commanded him.

So again, Moses is doing all the stuff he's supposed to do.

So we start with, in terms of the animal offerings, we start with this sin offering.

Notice, and for reasons of American culture, especially our Protestant friends, I need to reiterate

this, notice all three put their hands on the bull.

Right.

We talked about putting hands on the bowl as a way of designating it for a purpose.

Right.

They're not putting sins on the bull.

Notice they don't say anything.

There's nothing here that says they do that.

Right?
