We'll go ahead and get started. When we get started here in just a moment, we'll be picking up in Leviticus chapter 8 verse 1. Well, for you at that future

point, who is listening to this as a recording, Only a week has passed since the last episode.

It's been a little bit for us here in the real world outside the Matrix.

So to kind of get us caught up a little bit, and this shouldn't take too long.

Right now, in the very beginning of the Book of Lovaticus, we had the consecration

of the tabernacle. We've been gearing up for the beginning of the service of the tabernacle.

The last several chapters that we've read have been sort of going back through first in a detailed way, then in a more

summary way, the different offerings that are going to be offered to the tabernacle by the priests.

We already read back at the end of the book of Exodus, the process by which the priests were to be ordained.

Tonight, as we pick up in Chapter 8, we're going to be picking up with the priests actually being

ordained. But chapters 8 and 9 are going to be going sort of back through some of that stuff.

Some of the things that we saw described before,

we're now going to read about them happening.

It's essentially what we're in for the next couple of chapters.

And then chapter 10, things are going to go a little bit awry.

And we'll talk more about that when we get there into the chapter's following.
