And now Turner and Hooch, which is going on right now on Disney Plus,

but Josh has a new book out that I don't think maybe anyone but me is going to say is gritty, but we'll get into that in a second.

And the book is titled Happy People Are Annoying, and I'd add that people who write as wittily as he does are also a little bit annoying to me,

but the laughs and the heart just overcompensate for my envy there.

And, you know, through the recounting of a difficult life, Josh showcases some insight that's almost easy to brush over,

but we're going to dig in today.

And I think it'll help us all just question our perspectives during challenges that help and hurt us.

And that's why he's here, and it's his self-awareness that we're going to learn from, whether or not he'll take credit for it or not.
